As a Construction Management Company, we do exactly that we Manage the Construction of a Project from Start to Finish and deal with all aspects of the Project in different Phases, in the following manner. Meetings

Common Project Meetings

  • Project Commencement Meetings
    Invite all the people concerned for the execution of the project (representative for the clients, architects, consultants & contractor).
  • Progress Review meetings
    These meetings are intended to review and record the progress of works at site.
  • Quality Review meetings
    As called for, usually once a week. This is basically a informal meeting with the contractor. Client representative may be invited if required.
  • Safety Review Meetings
    Conduct regular meetings to review the safety at site – review current safety practices, suggest improvements and review the safety reports submitted by the contractors
  • Schedule Review Meetings
    Insist the contractor to furnish the weekly progress reports indicating the progress achieved ,next week’s target and reasons for delay if any, as per the standard format available
